Resilient Mums is a 5 week group for Mums hoping to better understand how self-care interacts with their own mental, physical, emotional and spiritual needs. We will explore what looking after ourselves looks like, what the barriers are, and learn strategies to increase our resilience and be the best Mum we can be. This group is suitable for Mums/Carers/Grandmothers with children in their care full-time, part-time, or not in their care.
